- ...Is Committed by Say Anything: ...Is Committed by Say Anything is expected to be issued on June 14 in Milky Clear / Black Galaxy Vinyl. Say Anthing's music are upbeat and self-referential, full of meta-references and inside jokes. The album represents a return to form and a mid-career left turn. Bemis continues to use exaggeration and Jewish humor, but the hyperbole has been tempered by the harrowing facts of life. - Distant call by Broadcast: Distant Call is a compilation of unfinished song demos that were originally intended to be on the albums Haha Sound, Tender Buttons, and The Future Crayon. James also discovered two songs from the CD after Trish passed away: "Come Back To Me" and "Please Call To Book." These were her reactions to Broadcast's "Let's Write A Song" initiative from 2006, in which listeners were requested to send in postcard lyrics that would later be included into a completed song. Distant Call, releasing on September 28th, the band's final release, signifies the band's departure from Broadcast. Don't miss out their goodbye! Find it on 'bleep'.
